# macOS

> Install Kisuke Connect on macOS

The current version of Kisuke Connect requires macOS 12 (Monterey) or later.

1. [Download Kisuke Connect](https://beta.kisuke.dev/downloads/) from the Kisuke website.
2. Run the installer. If you have a previous version installed, you may be prompted to uninstall it first.
3. Choose an install location and complete the installation.
4. Open Kisuke Connect — a sign-in window will appear. Sign in with **Google** or **GitHub** using the same account you use in Kisuke.
5. After signing in, Kisuke Connect will live in your **menu bar** — look for the Kisuke Connect icon in the top-right corner of your screen.

Prefer the command line? You can also install Kisuke Connect via [CLI](/installation/cli).

## Troubleshooting
